When our SUV had a sudden loss of brakes, Doug and his crew quickly identified the problem, clearly outlined the repairs needed, the time required to make the repairs and anticipated cost. The job was completed sooner than expected and cost was as estimated. Doug even had a loaner for us to use for two days. GREAT SERVICE.

My first time at Collins's Automotive and I was made to feel at home . What impressed me most was that Doug too back to where my car was being worked on so I could see exactly how the problem was being solved. My BMW will be serviced here from now on if future visits are as good as the first.

Just had my second service on my 2013 Nissan Rogue. My rear and rotors brakes were being checked as well as transmission fluid. After a mechanic check, I was called and told my brakes were fine for another 3 months. We opted to flush and replace the transmission fluid after the mechanic told me that after checking their repair info, Rogues tend to be prone to transmission issues. I had never been told that at the local Nissan dealership before. I appreciate their research, feedback & honesty about what I needed to fix, based on factual info and what wasn’t needed. My car was fully washed and vacuumed. I’m so used to dealership washes not cleaning the windshield or back window. Once again, so I’m impressed by the level of service and honesty I received ! Thank you!
