Had a rear wheel bearing and a CV Boot replaced on a 2001 Subaru Forester Turbo JDM. Final Price was less than quoted and finished earlier than anticipated. Additional parts and labour for seized parts included in the quote were not needed as it turned out. Very happy with the service and a courtesy car was provided. Only one hiccup. Had to return for 15 minutes to have a minor issue remediated associated with the repair. Handled quickly and professionally. It was taken care of immediately. Appreciated the documentation and photos of the repairs identified. I knew exactly what what was going to be replaced and why it was needed from the photo evidence. As a first time customer I will return to Collins Automotive for any repair or servicing needs in the future. Despite the hiccup mentioned I am very happy with the service and the customer-centered approach.
