Nice people and awesome customer service

I have been a customer of Volvo dealer Surrey since I purchased the 2010 XC 70. I called Collins auto to repair my rear left turn light. I spoke to owner Doug and he was very helpful and friendly. Doug also quoted me a price to replace the serpentine belt & water pump. He told me over the phone that the shop just did the same job recently on another Volvo. Doug quoted me a price of $ 798.00 plus tax, everything included. When I picked up my car, I spoke to Jon and asked him to confirm the price of the serpentine belt and water pump replacement. Jon was checking out the web for pricing and mentioned extra jobs re tension adjustment. He was not able to confirm the price but promised that Doug will call me soon with the information. I picked up the car Friday moring ~ 1030am and today is Monday and I have not received the phone call from Collins.

The service we received from Collins Automotive was excellent as always. The staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. They go the extra mile with the car wash and detailing after the service.

These guys stand behind their work! No excuses they just get it done! If there’s a problem with the repair, they take ownership.

I found the work to be a tad expensive but the work I had done was somewhat labour intensive. I’m happy with the work and the professionalism of the shop in general.
