It's always a pleasure to bring my car to Collins. They are respectful of my time and money, recommending which issues need to be dealt with and which can wait. They will search out used parts when needed and refer me to shops that can do a specialized process. They understand that my car is my baby, and never make me feel ridiculous for loving it!

We were blown away by the quality of service and expertise at Collins Automotive. I brought our car in for several problems, including with the brakes, gurgling and clunking sounds, a full inspection before a trip, replacement of all spark plugs, and replacement of many important fluids. Collins was able to see the car quickly, accurately diagnose the problems (including sending videos and photos of the exact problems), provide a ride for me, and fix the car all in the same day. I have never encountered such honesty and quick but efficient work. Our car has had a lot of trouble over the years and we have had our fair share of problems with mechanics, which sometimes meant wasted money. However, not this time! The service and quality at Collins was really great, prices were very good, and the work was done quickly--but well. We were so relieved to drive the car afterwards and find that it was smooth and quiet, and all our concerns had been addressed. As if that were not enough, everyone was very friendly and helpful. What impressed me the most was that I was emailed detailed images and videos of the problem areas so I could see for myself before agreeing with the work to be done, which was also convenient so I could get back to my workday while still seeing what was going on. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I was very impressed with the service as they included pictures and details about the service being done on my car. The work was done timely and a courtesy car was provided which was very convenient as well as my vehicle being washed and cleaned inside.
