I checked Google for a reputable place to take my truck in for repairs near my work.I was a bit leery at first. But from the moment I made the appointment, I was very impressed! Everyone there was so friendly and made me feel at home. Doug gave me fresh coffee, the morning paper to read and even offered to give me a lift to and from my work. When I picked up my dirty truck, they had it washed and vacuumed for me! Now that's what I call fantastic service! They also did a great job with the repairs, too. My husband enjoyed the fancy wrapped chocolate. We will be coming back for sure! Thanks Doug and Co.!!

I was very pleased with my visit there.

My wife was experiencing issues around noise when backing up or as the automatic transmission shifted. Dropped by Collins to have the problem accessed. Mechanic found that there were loose and missing bolts on the U joint. This was immediately looked after and she was back on the road in a little over an hour. There was no hesitation with Collins to look into the issue even though she did not have an appointment to bring the vehicle in. The situation could have been very serious and life threatening had the U joint become disconnected while driving the vehicle. She later discovered that she did not have her credit card with her and Doug was more than pleased to extend credit until the following week when one of our other vehicles is scheduled in for regular maintenance. We would not take our vehicles anywhere else to be looked after. I have dealt with Collins Automotive for many years and have always found them to be honest and straight-forward in the manner in which they conduct their business. I thank them for taking the time to look at my wife's car and correct what could have been a very serious problem. Well done and many thanks,
