Came to Collins for a second opinion on a Timing Belt and water pump, very happy I did. No up sell, staff very polite and professional. Loaner car wasn't an embarrassment to drive around town. Along with installing a timing belt kit they also fixed a sound from one of my wheel wells, and found a screw I'd driven over in one of the tires. No work was done without my approval, and job was finished and ready by the end of day.

I was more than pleased with the service I received, and would recommend Collins Auto to anyone. Thanks guys!

Oncde again, Collins Automotive have proven themselves to be an outstanding deliverer of first class mechanical care for our automobiles. Broke down in the late hours of Monday afternoon and had to have the car towed in. By Tuesday afternoon the repairs were completed and I was back behind the wheel. Nothing but first class professional service. Well done Collins automotive. Won't take our vehicles anywhere else.

Would give them 10 stars if we could! Would not go to anyone else for our BMW 740IL. Doug&Dan are trustworthy and thoughtful, We always get a nice clean car back too. The Warranty is a great thing!
