As a new owner of my BMW, I was looking for ashop I could trust. My first visit was excellent, they provided a courtesy car and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, everything done was clearly explained. I think I have found a home for my Z3.

My 2 experiences have been great. Personable and communicative, organized and every detail attended to. Especially love the well cleaned interior and exterior of my car after the service.

I called your shop today when my car would not turn over after leaving my exercise class at the exercise centre. My first call was emergency road service, and you were my second call. I asked for Doug (who left early for the long weekend – smart move), but was in capable hands with Dan (I think that was his name). Bad memory, anyway he waited for me with a battery as I told him I was on my way, and quickly changed out the battery, and I was on my way in no time. I really appreciate knowing that I have Collins there to take care of me, thanks! (He even supplied the chocolate for you Doug)

Very friendly and prompt service. Car received in super clean condition (sure wasn't when we took it in!) I'm so happy to find a local top notch place to get our car serviced.
