Had a great experience at this place, I was very skeptical at the begining on taking my BMW to any other place then the actual BMW dealer for repairs, after speaking with Jon over the phone I thought I will give a try. So glad I did!!! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, couple of hours after I had a whole diagnose on my email with pictures of exactly what need it to be done and even color coded with what need it to be done right away and what could wait ( without been pushy or anything) Jon explained everything with so much patience and answered all my questions that after knowing nothing about cars at the end I knew what he was talking about!! Very happy with my experience here and this place has THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experience.
