I was really impressed that Collins was able to get our car in on the same day... They were very professional from the start, quoted a price on what the job could cost.. once they got into the repair the cost was lower than quoted always nice... My daughter of 18 picked the car up and mentioned how polite and carering they were towards her and explained in detail of what the repair was .. we will be back thank you Collins nice to have a Ma and Pa shop still around...

From the first phone call to paying the bill, every step on my car repair was explained in detail, with the approximate cost involved. Everything was completed in the time that they told me. My vehicle was returned to me in better and cleaner condition than when I dropped it off. The technicians have exceptional knowledge of European vehicles.
