Abbotsford Auto Repair

This was my first visit to Collins Auto; being new to Abby, I did my research and determined that they would be a great place to try. Spoiler alert -- they actually exceeded expectations! Consistently kind and professional customer service (from Doug, to Dan, to Jon... all a pleasure to work with), a very thorough inspection (thank you Dan!) with pictures/data to backup the estimates, and happy to work with you as your budget/life permits. Did I mention my BMW is running beautifully? Truthfully a place my Dad would be happy going to -- and that says a lot!

As always, the service at Collins Automotive was superb! We took our Smartcar in for it's checkup and rec'd a loaner to go home in. We didn't have to wait for it to be serviced. They called when the job was done and everyone was amazing... polite and courteous... and helpful! This is not a one-time thing either.... We have been going there for years and the service is always topnotch!

Excellent service. I wasn't happy with local Subaru dealer service so thought I would give Collins a try. Couldn't be happier. They explained exactly what they were doing, set out future things to look out for and washed and vacuumed my car! I will definitely be back.

Your European auto requires annual servicing, and possibly a needed repair. Traveling into the greater Vancouver area can be inconvenient, and Highway 1 is a hassle. Save yourself the unneeded stress. Abbotsford has an unpretentious gem--A solid auto service/repair centre; specializing in European makes--Collin's Automotive; directly across the road from the Seven Oaks Mall. At the service desk; Jon personifies true customer service, and Collin's technicians are all first-rate; highly skilled at their craft. It's refreshing to discover an honest business. There is no "up-sell." No unnecessary repairs. Nothing is hidden from the customer; Jon will keep you informed from start to finish. There are no surprises, and the costs are very reasonable. Five star reviews brought me to their shop, and I too give them a well-deserved five star rating. First rate all around!
