For the third time this shop has served me well. As always the work was performed on time and as promised within the expected cost range. Once again they called while the work was underway to inform me that something I had expected to be done was not needed and therefore they would recommend against performing that service, thus saving me money. I have complete confidence in their integrity. A very refreshing auto repair experience. All work done was top drawer.

I had the pleasure today of taking my BMW Z4 to Collins Automotive for a pre winter storage inspection and servicing. The staff from John at the Service Desk, to the Technicians at the job site were awesome. They were all exceptionally helpful and willing to spend the time ensuring I was comfortable and agreeable to the suggested work and the associated pricing. The format used where they presented me with pictures of all faults found and the narrative supporting the repair and or replacement was terrific. They even invited me to the bay to explain a concern they found and the recommended fix. Well Done to Collins Automotive and know I will be utilizing your facility and expertise going forward as I am very picky with respect to my Roadster....
